While official autopsy results have not yet been released, multiple sources, including TMZ and PEOPLE, report that fentanyl and drug paraphernalia were discovered at the scene. Law enforcement officials believe her death may have been the result of an accidental overdose, though no foul play is suspected. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kylie entered the adult film industry in 2016 and quickly rose to prominence.
